Wow! They’re great!
I couldn’t believe they did “Crazy”! That one always brings smiles in our family. I really like the combination of old songs with some newer ones. (Or, maybe they’re all old and I’ve just never heard them before…)
Thanks for all the encouragement. We really had a blast!
Now we’re preparing for our gig at the Museum of Appalachia in October. So far we have about 19 songs (sort of), and are hoping to double that number before then. Whew!
If y’all have any song suggestions, feel free to comment on my blog. I can’t promise we’ll use them, but, I’d love to consider them all the same. 🙂
Thanks again!
I was going to post a comment on your blog when you posted the other day, but it is set up so that you have to have a WordPress account to comment. Seemed tyrannical and oppressive to me.
To quote a famous line from Braveheart,
“…they may take our lives, but they’ll never take away our freedom from signing up for a WordPress account.”
…er something like that.
All that to say, I’ll just tell you next time I see y’all.
Until then,
Jake

Uhh… Oops. You know I’m no good with technical stuff. I’ll see if I can fix it. If not, I’ll get Daddy to fix it. 🙂 Course, hearing your comment personally will be good, too.
