Oh. Boy. It was delicious! I served it sliced thin with a dab of whipped cream. The link’s in the previous post. If you love chocolate, and find ganache (as P. G. Wodehouse would say) the bee’s knees, try this recipe! Yeah, it’s that good.

I’m looking forward to trying it again, and infusing the cream with fresh mint, or adding hazelnuts for some extra texture sensations and depth of flavor. I WILL be making it again though.
