… in a woman’s voice, with another woman’s voice doing harmony, backed up by guitar and bass instead of piano, and you might get the idea of one of the performances we got to listen to Saturday morning before Missionary Ridge performed.
All I could understand were the words “Wicky Waa-aacky Woo!” It made me laugh nearly the entire time because all I could think about was this scene from Jeeves and Wooster!
Well, that’s all I’ve got time for right now. Hopefully later today or tomorrow I’ll put together another post with some more pictures from this weekend… if there are any pictures worth posting about, that is. 🙂

I would gladly give you more information about this very cool event, but unfortunately, I’ve only been the one time 6 years ago. From everything I can find though, it happens one day in October on Jimmy Yates’ farm in middle-of-nowhere (don’t remember where anymore…), TN. If you’re connected to the bluegrass community in TN, they can probably tell you more. Unfortunately, since I got married and moved away a few years ago, I’ve lost contact with most of the connections I had.
Best of luck finding information about and hopefully enjoying this event! Comment back here if you post about it somewhere; I’d love to see updated pictures of the place!
