But until I get some, here are some pictures of Missionary Ridge at Granville (finally).
Where they played. Inside, of course.
Granville seemed, to me, to be attempting to become a museum town. It was full of nostalgia, but not very many people. I’m curious to see if that is a viable option for small towns in rural areas in economically depressed times. I rather doubt it. Still, made for a neat walk in the evening.
And then there was this house…
Back inside Sutton’s General Store, Missionary Ridge practiced, so I took that opportunity to look around the store:
Then Missionary Ridge went on! Here they are at the “world-famous corner stage.”

You have three ladies in your home and live in close community with several other goodly ladies who are inclined to share. How is it possible that you do not have chocolate readily available to you? ;-P

Oh, it’s not that I didn’t have any chocolate readily available! More that I was too lazy to avail myself of the nearby offers. That and the fact that I really wanted a salted caramel mocha latte, and we’re pretty much out of milk… Yeah, even while milking 3 cows.

Laura, we have some chocolate left over from Christmas you’re welcome to… otherwise we’re fresh out. *wipes lips*

Thanks for the generous offer, Olivia, but I’ll have to pass. I whipped up some snickerdoodle muffins and spiced cider instead, but today the chocolate craving is a bit stronger. I might have to go dig into the chocolate chips!
